Today I took a deep breath and decided it was time to go live with my website. My goals for this website (and the creative side of me) are to post artwork I have completed and artwork in progress. I will also be adding items for sale. Being a perfectionist, I really, really wanted to have everything in order first. Also being a realist, I knew that couldn’t happen. So, I’ve compromised. It is not comfortable to me, but for now you have a little information about me and a way to contact me.
I have been busy getting ready for a craft show. Below is a good representation of some of what I do. In the center, jams, jellies and pickles. Below that, some of my artwork decoupaged on old wood. On the very right is a creation I’m very pleased with - blank notecards with my artwork or a saying I authored. Each has been laminated and a magnet glued on the back. Sticky tape holds it to the card until the recipient removes it. Each comes in its own cellophane wrapper. I will likely sell these on line at some point. On the left are hand forged items made by my multi-talented husband in his blacksmith shop.
